Where this path can lead

Some go from here all the way to the European Championships

Most children come because they love moving and the group is great. But for those who take it seriously, the road to competing is open — the club is a member of the WAKO Hungarian Kickboxing Federation, and our students are part of the age-group national teams too.

    Stance, punches, kicks and footwork.

  3. Practice

Stretching, breathing and finishing the session together.

Full sparring is only for prepared, advanced children, under the coach's supervision and in full protective gear.

For parents

Kickboxing doesn't teach children to fight

It teaches rules, self-control and perseverance. Your child grows while training within safe, clear boundaries.

You can watch the first session

You'll see how we work with the children, and your child will feel calmer starting out.

Always in protective gear

Partner drills are controlled, with proper gloves and protection.

Training suited to their age

6–10-year-olds train in a separate group, more playfully and at their own pace.

It stays in the gym

From the very first minute, they learn that their strength has its place and its rules.

  • Youth European Championships3rd place · 2025
  • Youth World Championships5th place · 2024
  • Hungarian Senior Championships2nd place · 2025

Two-time champion of the Hungarian Schools Olympics (Diákolimpia). He finished 5th at the 2024 Youth World Championships and 3rd at the 2025 Youth European Championships, and won silver at the Hungarian senior championships.

He teaches children what he learned as a competitor: technique is the easy part — the hard part is not stopping when you're already getting tired.

His sessions have rules, and from day one he makes it clear that what they learn in the gym is not used outside it.

“Nobody started out as a world champion.”

Frequently asked questions

What parents usually want to know

Won't a combat sport make my child more aggressive?+

In our experience it's the opposite: children learn where strength belongs and where it doesn't. There are rules in training, and from day one we make it clear that what they learn here is not used outside the gym.

Can I stay for the first session?+

Yes, and we're glad when you do. You'll see how we work with the children, and your child will feel calmer too. Later on, most parents naturally move from staying to dropping off.

What if my child is shy or has never done any sport?+

That's fine — lots of children start that way. The first weeks are about playful warm-ups and basic steps, and nobody is put into partner work until they're ready. They can progress at their own pace.

How likely are injuries?+

All practice is done in protective gear, under the coach's supervision, and the intensity is matched to age. Bruises and strains can happen in any active sport — we won't pretend otherwise — but full sparring is only for prepared, advanced children.

Do I need to buy any kit?+

Not for the first session: the club provides gloves and protective gear. If your child stays, it's worth getting their own gloves and shin guards later on, and we're happy to help with that.

Do they have to compete?+

No. Most children only come to train. Those who want to and are ready for it can enter competitions, but that's always the child's and the parents' decision.

What if they try it and don't like it?+

Then that's that, and it costs nothing: the first session is free and you don't need to buy any kit. Many children only really get into it by the 2nd or 3rd session, so it's worth giving it more than one try.

How does the opening offer work?+

The first trial session is free for everyone. If your child then stays and joins, the first monthly pass is HUF 12,000, and from the following month it's the normal fee of HUF 20,000 per month. This is offered to the first 15 new sign-ups for our new groups.
